Jennifer Straw {Vail, Colorado}

Hello beautiful, I’m Jennifer Straw

Welcome…

I am a Certified Wise Womb Therapist, Somatic Womb Alchemist, and Cacao Facilitator Initiate — available for 1:1 and group healing sessions or ceremonies, both in person and remotely.

I’m also a Certified Yoga Teacher specializing in restorative classes, a Certified Health Coach, and a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of experience in patient care and holistic wellness.

I specialize in comfort through the senses — creating soft, warm, cozy spaces where the body can gently open, unwind, and return to a state of healing.

My offerings include private sessions, remote support, classes, and retreats dedicated to treating burnout and guiding healing across the mind, body, and spirit.

I’ve been studying with Naomi Love since 2010. Her mentorship opened me to so many ways of healing myself that I felt deeply called to apprentice with her in order to offer this work to others. This path — now rooted in Earth Oracle Arts— continues to support me in living my purpose of helping others heal in a way that honors their whole being.

I weave these teachings into all areas of my life, including my nursing practice, where I support patients through presence, gentleness, and the deep compassion that Earth Oracle Arts has cultivated within me.

I’m honored to be a mentor within the Temple of the Womb Apprenticeship and to walk beside those on this sacred path. It brings me so much joy to witness and support others as they come home to themselves.

All of you is welcome here. It is my deepest honor to hold space for your healing, your remembering, and your return.

My Healing Story & Journey…

I was first invited to a class held by Naomi Love in 2010 by a fellow yoga instructor. It was a Seasonal Ayurvedic Cleanse class, and I joined with the hope that it might help ease my IBS symptoms.

At the time, I was under immense stress in both my career and my marriage. I was experiencing anxiety, depression, abdominal pain, diarrhea, poor digestion, and deep fatigue. I thought that if nothing else, the cleanse might help my belly feel a little better.

What I received was so much more.

In that first class, Naomi taught us about our bodies in ways I had never learned before — even after years of training and experience as a nurse. She shared about the Doshas, food combining, local herbs, and even led us on a plant walk through town. Yes, she gave us recipes and cleansing instructions, but more than that, she offered a deeper understanding of how to truly listen to and support our bodies as sacred.

From there, I began seeing Naomi for private sessions and additional classes. That’s when I was introduced to womb work, and slowly, gently, my healing began to unfold. Through the Earth Oracle Arts path, I learned how to take care of myself as a unique, whole being — body, mind, and spirit.

I was empowered with self-care massage and rituals I could practice on my own. I was met with compassion. I was reminded that I was never broken.

Naomi guided me into the practice of emotional alchemy, and through that process, I began to know myself more intimately — which made me a better nurse, a better friend, and a truer version of myself.

This work held me through one of the most tender transitions of my life — the end of my marriage and the journey of divorce. I don’t know how I would’ve walked through it all without this kind of care.

The support I received from Naomi and the Earth Oracle Arts lineage was life-changing. It continues to shape who I am and how I show up in my life and work.

When Naomi announced her second apprenticeship in 2016, I felt the pull immediately — but I hesitated.

Even though everything I’d learned from her up to that point had helped me immensely, I wasn’t sure I was the “right” person to offer this kind of work to others. I didn’t think I was that kind of healer. I thought I needed to stay in the nursing box I’d known for so long.

Looking back, I see I was moving through fear and resistance. I had actually forgotten just how profound the effects of this work had been on me over the previous six years.

By then, Naomi and I were friends, and when I voiced my hesitation, she half-jokingly told me, “You have to take the class. This IS for you!”

That little push helped me realize what was really happening — I was standing in my own way. Truthfully, I had wantedto do the first apprenticeship the year before, but it had only been open to bodyworkers. Every time I heard about what the group was learning and experiencing, I felt a deep yearning to be part of it.

So I listened. I joined. And I was forever grateful for that nudge and for being told that this path was meant for me.

The Temple of the Womb Apprenticeship and Certification, rooted in the Earth Oracle Arts, became a profound journey of healing and personal elevation. I experienced deep shifts that changed my life on every level.

My physical health improved. I came into greater harmony with my body’s rhythms and began to understand its cycles and messages with new depth. My stress became easier to navigate, my needs became clearer, and I began meeting them with greater kindness. My IBS symptoms softened. My menstrual cycles became more regular and less symptomatic. I had more energy, more clarity, and more joy — because I was finally putting myself first.

This work didn’t just change my health. It changed my life. I began attracting jobs more aligned with my values and goals. My relationships became healthier. My connection to myself and spirit deepened in a way I hadn’t known was possible.

After years of participating in Cacao Ceremonies, I felt called to study more deeply — to understand the sacred history and lineage behind the medicine I had come to love. I began my study and facilitation training with Naomi and was formally initiated as a Cacao Ceremony Facilitator in 2022.

Since then, I’ve continued to apprentice with the Cacao plant and the traditional herbs that accompany ceremonial use. Some of my favorite allies include cinnamon, raspberry, and rose. I love using ceremonial-grade cacao from different origins — I haven’t chosen a favorite yet, because each has its own unique beauty and medicine. Especially when paired with sacred herbs, the alchemy is exquisite.

I’m now thrilled to be offering Cacao Ceremonies myself — each one prepared with deep devotion in the days leading up to the gathering. This is sacred work. It’s a joy and an honor to share it.

After hundreds of hours holding space and supporting my classmates, family, close friends, and partners, I began to offer this work to others.

Of course, I couldn’t keep it all to myself — it’s too powerful, too healing, and too beautiful not to share.

In my unique offerings, I weave together my knowledge of the body as a nurse, my background in health coaching, and restorative yoga practices — all held within the sacred container of Earth Oracle Arts.

This creates a cozy, nourishing, deeply supportive space where your body can soften, your nervous system can exhale, and your spirit can be met exactly as you are.

Think: warm light from Himalayan salt rock lamps, soft sheets, fuzzy blankets, the scent of sweet plants in the air, gentle music in the background, and the steady beat of my drum guiding you inward. This is a place to come home to yourself. A space where all of you is welcome.

I truly believe everyone can benefit from the healing and support offered through Earth Oracle Arts — and it’s an honor to walk beside you on this path.

My offerings include 1:1 and group sessions, ceremonies, classes, remote support, and retreats. Each one is created with deep care, intention, and love.
