I am excited to be featured on the Sacred Feminine Power podcast hosted by Emmi of Feminine Revered.

In my interview, I share beautifully and powerfully about my experience of debilitating endometriosis that led me deeper into a space of allowing, experiencing and full surrender into love.

I remind us of the importance of moving forward without an agenda, slowing down and being in presence, learning the art of deep listening and relating, and applying this to ourselves, our clients, our loved ones as well as Mother Earth.

I also reflect on how easy it is nowadays to avoid stillness, reflection and our emotions, and how - when we do become still - we create little access points in the collective consciousness for others' to sit in stillness, too.
